Blogging can be therapeutic but it can also be difficult when you don't know where or how to start. That's why I created Blog to Heal- so that EVERY woman has access to this powerful tool for self-healing.
You deserve peace of mind after going through something traumatic in life. We want ALL women who are struggling with their mental health and wellness issues to find relief by using blogging as a form of therapy and self-care.
Our program will help guide you on your journey towards healing while providing resources for those moments when things get tough again.
I will teach you how blogging is not only therapeutic but also cathartic, empowering and liberating. And I'll provide tools that will make the process easier than ever before!
Blog to Heal Group Coaching
In this program dedicated to trauma survivors, we surround ourselves with other survivors and help each other heal and grow a blog by sharing our stories.

All About Our Guest Coach, Iris, From Goddess In Training
After surviving domestic violence and a toxic and emotionally abusive relationship afterward with someone that she thought was the love of her life, Iris had enough of dating and relationships.
She made a promise to herself that she would not be that woman again. She was determined to heal and to get what she truly deserved as a sweet, kind and driven woman.
Goddess in Training is her effort to share the clarity, strength, and inspiration that came from that commitment to healing.
I am here to remind women that no matter your past, you are worthy of self-love and growth through sharing your story. I am here to show you that true healing is messy, complicated, and a journey that is 100% your own.
Words have a way of healing yourself and others. Blogging helped me transform my life in 2014. I want to thank you for being here as a part of my journey. For that I am grateful. I hope that you will walk away feeling less alone, a bit empowered, and know that no matter what life throws at you, YOU are more powerful than you can imagine.
